Harmon's and cheese and mushrooms
Gosh i love Harmon's Grocery. They just have the best stuff. Today was just a regular grocery trip, but I made it exciting by sneaking some expensive indulgences into the cart (i just tried to spell that "kart"...i think its time for me to lay off the mariokart) like cheese from Germany ($3.96 for a slice that I have already downed half of), organic and locally grown tomatoes and peaches, and big beautiful organic portabello mushrooms. The only kink is I have never in my life cooked with portabellos and now that I think of it, I don't think I have ever eaten one. But Giada always cooks with them and calls them "meaty", and anything that pops up from the ground tasting like meat is worth a try. What to do with them...anyone have a delicious recipe for portabellos?
